Returns policy
We want you to be happy with every purchase from the Yessios Museum shop. Below you will find how you can return a product.
Right of withdrawal
Under Law 2251/1994, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you, or someone you have designated, received the products, without giving any reason.
How to make a return
- Let us know within the 14 days by email at contact@yessiosmuseum.com, stating the order number and the products you are returning. If you wish, you can use the model form at the end of this page.
- Send the products or bring them to the Museum (9 Dimokratias St., Eleftherias Square, 58200 Edessa) no later than 14 days after notifying us.
- Products must be returned in the condition you received them, preferably in their packaging. You may examine them as you would in a shop. However, if their value is reduced by handling beyond that, the corresponding reduction may be deducted from the refund amount.
Return costs
The cost of sending the products back to the Museum is borne by you, unless the product is defective or different from what you ordered.
Refunds
We refund all amounts you paid, including the original shipping costs (except any extra cost if you chose a shipping method more expensive than the cheapest one we offer), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of the withdrawal. The refund is made using the same payment method. If you paid cash on delivery, the money is refunded by deposit to a bank account you indicate to us. We may withhold the refund until we receive the products or until you show us that you have sent them.
Defective or wrong products
If a product arrives defective, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible, preferably with a few photographs. We will send you a new product or refund your money, at no charge. In addition, the two-year legal guarantee applies to products that do not conform to the order.
