All areas of the Museum are under camera surveillance for security reasons.
— ACCESSIBILITY
All exhibition areas and facilities of the museum are accessible to people with mobility issues and wheelchairs. There are elevators and restrooms for people with mobility problems in all areas of the Yessios Museum.
— PHOTOGRAPHY / VIDEOGRAPHY
Amateur photography and videography is permitted, provided that the material is not used for commercial or professional purposes. The use of flash, tripods and professional video cameras is not permitted.
— PETS
Small pets are allowed, as long as they are carried in the arms of their owners or in a carrying bag. Service dogs are allowed in all areas and facilities of the Yessios Museum.
— BAGGAGE / BAGS / LARGE OBJECTS
Backpacks should be worn on the front or carried by hand in order to avoid accidental contact with exhibits. The same applies to all bags and larger objects.
— SMOKING
Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere in the museum areas.

The Yesios Museum Gift Shop operates on the ground floor.

The distance from the Yessios Museum to the Edessa Waterfalls is 1km (10 minute walk). It is 90 km from Thessaloniki. Visitors have the choice of reaching the city by bus or train. The Bus Stop is easily accessed in three minutes and the Train Station is a 10 minute walk.
